Overall responsible for salvaging & sourcing digital customer applications right from interest to engagement to sales. Responsible for training, coaching and mentoring the team to achieve the targets. Responsible for initiating and implementing ongoing training on products and selling techniques where needed.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales goals across products

    • Cards
  • Train and coach sales representatives on product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.
  • Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback for digital personal finance, cards and account opening, identify areas for improvement, and develop corrective action plans.
  • Manage the roster and ensure proper attendance and reporting to vendor.
  • Work with other departments to ensure that the sales team is aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Sales Target Achievement
  • Productivity per agent
  • Complaint response and resolution time
  • Proactive reporting of upgrades and customer feedback on experience
  • RCSA Compliance

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital product sales
  • Strong understanding of banking products & best practices aligned to digital transformation of Finance, card and salary advance products with oversight on new customer onboarding
  • Strong knowledge of a bank’s sales funnel and channels
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI and banking systems.
  • Relationship building skills with other stakeholders within & outside the organization
