Your Day to Day 

As an Human Resources Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our team members are engaged, empowered, and inspired to deliver extraordinary service. You will foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee relations initiatives. You will oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and recognition programs. You will ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to both management and employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.

What We Need From You 

Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in HR roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
