As the HR Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact for HR administrative related queries in our Riyadh Office. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents and updating internal databases. You will be responsible for delivering tasks in the consistent and effective manner applying policies, programs, procedures, and practices, also to handle HR systems and various government portals.

You will also ensure adherence and compliance with all TMF reporting and required processes.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and offboarding employees, managing the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to exit processes;
  • Handling compensation and benefits for employees, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing;
  • Maintaining records and data accuracy, as well as protecting sensitive information;
  • Making sure HR processes comply with labor laws, regulations, and company policies;
  • Assisting with an organization’s overall HR strategy, including workforce planning, succession, and recruitment;
  • Managing training programs, tracking people’s progress, identifying areas for improvement, and creating opportunities for career progression;
  • Handling disputes among professionals;
  • Supporting people’s wellbeing with a safe and healthy work environment by establishing safety policies and reporting processes, as well as conducting training;
  • Implementing and overseeing software tools such as human resource information systems (HRIS), performance management software, and applicant tracking tools.

 

Ideally, you meet the following requirements:

  • 1-5 years work experience as an HR Operations Specialist, or in a similar role;
  • Good knowledge of labor law;
  • Familiarity with portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, MHRSD, MOFA, MISA, ETIMAD etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS);
  • Ability to develop clear and fair company policies;
  • Team management skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant field.
