The HR Recruiter in the Automobile Industry is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent. The recruiter will work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the automobile industry, strong networking skills, and the ability to identify top talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the automobile industry.

 Conduct job analysis and collaborate with department heads to create accurate job descriptions and specifications.

 Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, industry-specific networks, and employee referrals to find potential candidates.

 Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers.

 Coordinate and conduct interviews, including behavioral and competency-based assessments.

 Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

 Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.

 Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices to ensure a fair and effective selection process.

 Assist in negotiating employment offers and finalizing hiring arrangements.

 Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and generate reports on recruitment metrics and performance.

 Continuously seek feedback from candidates and hiring managers to improve the recruitment process and enhance the overall candidate experience.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the automobile industry or a similar technical field.

 In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.

 Familiarity with various recruitment platforms, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HR databases.

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

 Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

 Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
