We are looking for a responsible Skilled HR Officer for reputed company Doha.
Requirements:-
- Proven experience as HR officer and administrator position.
- Proficient in MS Office specially in excel is must.
- Minimum Bachelor degree in HR or relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Locally available with NOC
- Ready to join immediate
- Driving licence is a plus
Responsibilities:-
- Maintain daily attendance and bio metric attendance of all staffs
- Preparing payroll supportive documents.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Recruiting the people as per various departments requirements.
- Preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Preparing different types of letter and memos related to HR
- Create and implement effective on boarding plans
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, bio metric data etc.) according to policy and legal requirement
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,322.13 – QAR9,510.47 per month
Ability to Relocate:
- Doha: Relocate before starting work (Required)
