Other operational duties would include:
- Participate in disciplinary hearings; provides advice and recommendation to the Business Support department and prepares case reports.
- Provide guidance on the relevant HR policies.
- Suggest continuous improvement in the team’s process and procedures.
- Handle and prepare memorandum/brief for all appeals and assist the Senior HR Business Partner with appeal process.
- Execute end of employment procedures upon receipt of resignation/terminations.
- Prepare and maintain monthly and yearly HR & Management Reports, gather key information and statistical reports to keep the business informed.
- Assist with composing correspondence and memorandum, reports and documents.
- Participate in key HR related projects (i.e. Communication Plan, Leave Plan, HR Strategy, etc.) and conduct research on best practice in Human Resources and make appropriate recommendations.
- Prepare memorandum/briefs related to staff re-employment, employment extension and NOC Request.
- Supervise the HR General Administration Team and ensure all standard requests are handled in a timely manner.
- Facilitate and assist in providing training matrix for HR Department.
- Handle all special requests from GCEO office and HR Business Support.
- Collaborate and liaise with QR facilities to source building, allocation of rooms/flats & villas and participate in management of team efforts to improve the overall operations, suggesting improvements in the appearance and up keep of accommodations.
- Partner with the HR Business Support Specialist on different welfare projects.
- Prepare monthly reports and process compassionate tickets during off duty hours.
- Participate in disciplinary hearings; provide advice and recommendations to the Business Support department on disciplinary actions and prepare investigation reports accordingly.

Qualifications
About You
We are looking for passionate and experienced professional to join our team.
- High School Qualification/Vocational Qualification/Diploma or Equivalent with minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
- Experience in employee relation preferred
- Experience in a multi-national organization preferably in airlines/travel/hotel industry.
- MS Office proficiency with experience in data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage property management procedures and practices.
