Coordination of activities related to the employee onboarding

Ensuring all new Physicians will have Business cards, Employee Id and all necessary logins for smooth operational activities including employee HR self services.

Responsible for activities ensuring positive onboarding experience of new staff which includes;

Offer support for the orientation of new staff members as Welcome Coach.

Maintaing all Employee Onboarding Documentation in paper & electronic forms.

Organisation and execution of Employee Recognition Programmes;

Responsible for staff engagement activities in the Calendar year, including negotiations with the vendor on Engagment cost as directed by the HR Manager.

Keeping abreast of the latest trends driving HR practices and innovations and maintain confidentiality.

Perform any other duties as required.

Tracking and managing all engagement metrics.

Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.

Manage HR employees grievances

Engaging in company-organized team outings, social events, and community activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate & Above, must have experience in HR minimum 2 Years.
