We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in human resources and be able to handle a variety of tasks with efficiency and accuracy.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and claims processing.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Manage employee relations issues and assist with conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
