Responsibilities:

1. Collecting the candidate data base from all online & offline sources for screening the profiles as per company requirements.

2. Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).

3. Completing timely reports on employment activity.

4. Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.

5. Assisting for creating of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.

6. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

7. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.

8. Post openings in online venues, newspaper classifieds, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.

9. Locate and document where to find ideal candidates.

10. Assist in interviewing and selecting employee onsite.

General responsibilities:

1. Assist in the recruitment process as per Company policy to execute recruitment plans.

2. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.

3. Following up on the interview process status.

4. Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

5. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.

6. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

7. Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish report and source new candidate leads.

8. Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or in any stream (MBA Preferred) with Minimum 03 Years of Experience in Relevant field – Core HR Recruiter with GCC Experience.
