Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems and files.
- Assist with employee benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and training programs.
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide assistance to employees as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role or internship is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HRIS software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
