Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems and files.
  • Assist with employee benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and training programs.
  • Handle general HR inquiries and provide assistance to employees as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role or internship is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HRIS software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
