We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to employees and management, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall success of the HR department. The HR Advisor will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

Responsibilities:
– Provide HR advice and support to employees and management on a wide range of HR issues including employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures
– Contribute to the recruitment and selection process by assisting in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and providing guidance on selection decisions
– Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HR programs and initiatives to support employee engagement, retention, and development
– Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
– Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support the overall HR strategy and objectives
– Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
– Provide support and guidance to line managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
– Contribute to the development and delivery of HR training and development programs for employees and management

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
– Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar HR role, preferably in the Saudi Arabia market
– In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
– Strong understanding of GOSI and KSA labour law policies, and procedures
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees and management
– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism
– Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications
– HR certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
