About the Role

 

Our school follows the English national curriculum to IGCSE and the IB Diploma Programme post-16.  The successful candidate will be able to inspire students of all ages and abilities. Classroom resources are plentiful, and expectations are high for achievement for all students. Building and maintaining positive relationships with parents is essential and is a key part of maximising student progress. Pastoral Duties

• Qualified to bachelors degree level or above in the subject taught – Essential 
• Qualified Teacher Status – Essential

Experience/Knowledge

• Minimum of two years’ experience teaching UK National Curriculum at Key Stage 3 and IGCSE – Essential
• Minimum of two years’ experience teaching IB Diploma Programme at SL and HL, or A-level – Desirable 
• Demonstrable evidence of innovating and adapting curricular to engage children and enable them to perform highly – Essential
