Role Purpose

The Health Operations Manager will oversee and optimize certain operational aspects of the health and wellbeing sector at NEOM. This role requires strong operational skills and strategic thinking with exceptional management skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality health services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in health operations management, with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.

 

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

Operational Leadership

 

– Lead and manage daily operations within the health and wellbeing sector, ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.

 

Strategic Planning

 

-Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and patient care outcomes.

Team Management

 

– Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Process Improvement

 

– Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance service quality.

Stakeholder Collaboration

 

– Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and community organizations, to drive health initiatives and programs.

 

Data Analysis

-Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

 

-Ensure all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, maintaining a high level of quality assurance.

BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

– Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.

– Superior communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to analyze data and implement strategic improvements.

– Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  •  MBA or similar advanced degree in health administration, business administration, or a related field is required.
  •  Medical background (medicine or allied health bachelor)
  •  Minimum of 5 years of experience in health operations management, preferably within a large, complex healthcare environment.
