Responsible for developing and maintaining commissioning processes and interfaces related to facilities handover.
Overseeing the development of Commissioning & Systems Completions Procedures, Factory Acceptance Test requirements, systemized drawings, vendor callout register and tracking of commissioning costs, ensuring any third parties activities are compatible with the objectives of project.
Coordinate with external Regularity \ Government organizations to obtain the required licenses to ensure project schedule remains intact.
Participate in contract reviews to ensure adequate Systems Completions control and work procedures are established and followed throughout project duration.
Develop and manage effective system completion procedures and tools, commissioning plans to ensure a smooth hand-over to permanent organization.
Lead and manage clear communication and reporting lines for all matters pertaining to Systems completion for project and ensure compliance with LNG Project Management requirements.
Facilitate operational input into post implementation reviews and audits ensuring that are completed on the project
Coordinate and share lessons learned from previous projects and maintain a register of current lessons learned for use in future projects.
Develop the Project System Completion Philosophy with full coordination with OPCO

Essential skills and knowledge

Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent.
10 years’ Commissioning & Systems completion experience in the oil and gas industry and with considerable exposure to a major projects environment in oil & gas industry.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Strong analytical, organizing and planning skills.
Good communication skills and ability to interact at all levels.
Good interpersonal and influencing skills.
Computer literate in project management systems adapted to oil & gas industry.
