Join our Managed Services team as a key member of the MS Customer Leadership Team. In this unique role, you will be the driving force behind service outcomes and ownership. Reporting to the MSCOO, you will be the linchpin for the financial, operational, and delivery performance of the network optimization and performance assignments within a managed services deal. Your responsibilities will include managing the applicable WLA and OLA with delivery organizations, overseeing the delivery of optimization and performance, ensuring compliance with the contracted SLA, and serving as the primary escalation point for critical incidents, escalations, and performance reporting to the customer

 

What you will do:

  • You will be the main interface for Operator Senior Management and C-level to align Operator technical requirements with Ericsson’s Cognitive Network Solutions and roadmaps, including Network Planning, Design, Optimization Services, and Cognitive Software from Portfolio and Commerce.
  • You will be point of contact for all service delivery activities towards the customer, you will play a crucial and influential role in managing customer relationships internally and externally. Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in ensuring a positive and productive partnership.
  • Act as Pre-Sales Customer Fulfillment Responsible (CFR) for MS contracts. Recommend new ideas to Pre-sales & Solution Management to further improve, add, or modify existing offerings in Radio Network Planning & Optimization areas based on findings from the field observations & Operator expectations.
  • You will be responsible and empowered to define the network contract execution strategy and the associated risk exposure for a specific opportunity. This role demonstrates the trust and importance we place in your expertise, and we value your contributions to our team.
  • You will have the unique opportunity to take the lead for the Program accomplishment strategy. This role will allow you to influence the direction of the project and manage possible risk exposure, including Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS) and Security issues associated with the engagement. It’s a chance to make a significant impact and showcase your leadership skills.
  • Gain customer approval for solutions and negotiate penalties in case of customer non-acceptance.
  • Developing and driving delivery Strategy.
  • Drive Automation of processes and procedures.
  • Identify delivery trends possible. Add-on Sales (AoS).
  • Continuously drive for efficiency, improvements, and excellence in service delivery.
  • Ability to tailor Solutions according to Ericsson Portfolio & Commerce to prioritize Operator business needs.
  • Manage experts with different backgrounds (Radio Access Network, Transport, Core, E2E) and roles to improve network performance and end-user experience.
  • Manage and lead Radio Network Architecture discussions from an End User’s point of view while ensuring technical consultancy on network growth, Service roadmaps, and product evolution

You will bring:

  • Degree in Engineering (must have) & business (desirable) with ICT or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in ICT Industry with proven track records in Service Delivery & Pre-Sales
  • Ability to understand the Operator’s business priorities and link them to improvement in Network Performance and End-User Experience
  • Ability to articulate, present, and influence the C-Level by knowing the impact of any action/service on their business.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders to set reasonable expectations in conflicting/ issue management scenarios.
  • Ability to set Organizational Structure (if required) from different domains to deliver solutions in the best and most cost-efficient way in high-pressure time.
  • Experience in leading people is a must.
  • Experience in leading leaders is an advantage.
  • Able to work under, at times, short deadlines.
  • Extensive professional experience in roles that require qualified knowledge. Leadership experience as a functional manager.
  • Knowledge of the sales process and Customer and market insight.
  • Excellent Social and communication skills.
  • Proven track records of consolidated skills: Business, Behavior, Technology & managing teams to successful mega-project targets accomplishment.
  • Demonstrated skills to manage and resolve Network Quality problems by collaborating efforts from multidisciplinary/cross-domain experts.
  • Experience in managing Network Domains 4G & 5G RAN, Transport, Core/E2E.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Cognitive SW, ML & AI applied to Optimization services, VoLTE / VoNR, E2E optimization, Cloud RAN, and Deep Data Analytics knowledge.
