Are you an exceptional individual with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences? We are currently seeking a remarkable Guest Services Officer to join our team in the Reservation Department at Park Hyatt Doha.
As a Guest Services Officer, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Reservations team while collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and other Rooms Departments. Your primary responsibility will involve strategically managing room inventory to optimize occupancy levels while upholding the renowned standards of customer service synonymous with Hyatt.
Proficiency in Arabic is a must for this role, as you will be required to assist Arabic-speaking guests, ensuring their needs are met seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
- Work experience in either Reservation or Front Office will be beneficial
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are a must
- Schedule flexibility is necessary and ability to multi-task
- Arabic speaker
