Growth & Trade Senior Specialist | MAF LifeStyle | Trade

ROLE SUMMARY

The Growth Trade Specialist focuses on identifying and executing strategies to increase market share and revenue in the GCC countries. The role holder will support the digital trade team with identifying and implementing initiatives that contribute to sustainable growth, often collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and ensuring a competitive edge in the trade landscape.

ROLE PROFILE

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitor activities and identify potential growth opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate trade performance metrics analyzing data to derive insights.
• Maintain professional relationships with external agencies and third-party providers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to expand brands market share and improve customer acquisition
• Meet and exceed the financial targets of online trading business.
• Support all marketing activities, including but not limited to promotions, events and exhibitions where required.
• Implement growth initiatives in line with business objectives to enhance market penetration and help with business expansion.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes, industry developments, and consumer behavior for anticipating marketing shifts.

REQUIREMENTS

• Professional qualification in Digital marketing / eCommerce is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline.
• 5 years in trade, business development or related roles, along with a track record of successful growth initiatives.
• Must be Flexible to travel
