Coachhub is on the hunt for a dynamic and visionary Global Vice President of Ecosystem to spearhead our strategic partnership initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our global expansion efforts, driving innovative collaborations, and unlocking new avenues for revenue growth.

 

As the Global Vice President of Ecosystem, you will:

Architect and Lead: Design and execute a cutting-edge strategic partnership strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth objectives.

Drive Global Expansion: Play a crucial role in expanding our global footprint, identifying and securing high-impact partnerships that fuel our international reach.

Spark Innovation: Foster and cultivate ground-breaking collaborations that push the boundaries of digital coaching and enhance our service offerings.

Propel Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies that significantly boost our revenue and market presence.

 

The position is open to remote candidates based in the UK, Germany (hybrid for the Berlin office), or Spain, who have the right to work. Other EU locations will also be considered.

Market Expansion:

  • Lead Global Expansion: Spearhead efforts to enter new geographic and sectoral markets, leveraging our ecosystem to unlock new opportunities.
  • Seize Emerging Opportunities: Identify and act on new trends and opportunities to amplify Coachhub’s international presence and impact.

Qualifications:

  • Visionary Leadership: Demonstrated success in creating and expanding global ecosystems, with a strong preference for experience in digital coaching or HR tech.
  • Extensive Network: Deep connections and a high-level network within the digital coaching, HR tech, or related sectors.
  • Strategic Insight: Exceptional analytical abilities and a knack for transforming ambitious ideas into actionable strategies.
  • Inspiring Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving alignment towards a unified vision.
  • Top-Tier Communication and Negotiation: Outstanding skills in building and maintaining relationships, coupled with strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Agility and Adaptability: Ability to thrive and make impactful decisions in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

 

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred
