As part of your daily responsibilities, you will:

  • Assist the Manager Key Accounts Tourism Boards in growing relationships with contracted/new partners and help achieve partnership objectives by regularly reviewing the existing business, providing account support throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Monitoring market & competitor activity and making recommendations for new business development and improvement of existing client relationships.
  • Assist the Manager Key Accounts VFR & Diaspora Travel with projects related to the implementation of sales products, sales tools, policies & processes.
  • Monitoring revenue development, interacting regularly with sales teams within the organization and coordinating requests and feedback for structural & tactical sales initiatives that help achieve commercial targets.
  • Regularly run, read & interpret data analysis reports and make strong commercial recommendations based on data, factoring in global and local market conditions and competitor activity.
  • Contribute to the processes of RFl / RFPs and partnership review meetings by assisting in developing powerful & visually informative presentation decks.
  • Manage all administrative sales tasks, including account administration in Salesforce, commercial review & filing of legal contracts, managing internal waivers & favors and interact confidently with key departments, e.g. Legal, Commercial Business Intelligence, Marketing, Network Planning
  • Support Global Sales wider commercial objectives across relevant functions by being involved and contributing in the formulation, development and implementation of tools and products that would facilitate and enhance station performance capabilities.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Global Sales team

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification is essential

4+ years of job-related experience in a sales & marketing or an airline commercial department

Excellent command of the English language

Advanced knowledge of the MS Suite (Excel, Word), in particular with the ability to design powerful & visually strong presentations in MS PowerPoint

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Tableau – desirable

Knowledge/understanding of the functions in Sales, Marketing, PR & Business Development along with fundamental awareness of the commercial airlines business environment, its processes and practices

A proven ability to work and coordinate tasks in a matrix organization with a multicultural environment, with strong ownership & dedication towards assigned projects and work tasks

Excellent relationship-building skills

Proven commercial skills and business acumen
