In this role, you will:

·         Handle all feedback/complaints from clients by giving quality of service given to clients and client feedback/complaints and escalate any serious issue to line manager.  

·         Provide returns/reports to clients and regulators on timely manner.

·         Ensure all regulatory reporting is done correctly and all commitments given in the Operating Memorandum (OM) are met.

·         For Registrar services, ensure proper document management (KYC Norms) is followed.

·         Ensure strict compliance with SSV FIM, Local regulations on funds and custodian banks operations, Fund’ charter and OM agreed with the client and the regional support teams with COE and Hong Kong.  

·         Keep fully updated and be aware of all compliance policy.

·         Actively provide feedback for any operation issue that may lead to risks and suggest solutions to protect the bank interest.

·         Handle all feedback/complaints from clients positively and escalate any serious issue to line manager.

·         Work closely with the operations teams to maintain a smooth operational workflow and deliver a superior service.

·         Manage the client on-boarding process and all related activity.

·         Manage the operational expectations of the internal and external customers.

·         Periodic governance on the operations handled by GSCs.

·         Active involvement in MENA Regional projects

Reporting and other activities including specialized reporting, working with others on interfacing with Compliance, Audit, Risk and Legal, as well as to assist with and help in similar areas of settlements

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·         Minimum a bachelor’s degree in business, related field or equivalent experience

·         Knowledge of Global-Custody, Fund Servicing, Transfer Agency industry and their operations.

·         Coordination with various teams for Settlement of capital market instruments trades executed by clients.

·         Experience in both Settlements / CA and back office roles

·         Team player with good influencing and negotiating skills

·         Ability to work in a pressurized environment and manage priorities effectively

·         Ability to apply innovative solutions to resolving client demands

·         Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)

·         Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision

·         Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capabilities
