nder the guidance and direction of the General Manager, within the limits of established IHG Hotels, Gulf Hotels Group and local policies and procedures, ensures optimizing hotel performance in the market place through tactical and strategic approaches. Maximizing hotel revenues and leading in decision making across all revenue generating departments of the Hotel including to Rooms, Conference and Events and Food & Beverage. Promoting the desired work culture around the five core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Team and Service of the InterContinental Hotels Group and the brand ethos.

Your day to day

Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:
• Leading the way – managing guest experiences, team performance and hotel operations
• Prioritizing workload and ensuring your team deliver authentic, memorable experiences
• Developing your team’s skills to drive results that positively impact on hotel performance
• Having authentic conversations with guests to resolve issues, queries or concerns
• Being first point of contact for any critical emergency situations

What we need from you

·     Tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing

·     Solid computer skills, proficiency in the use of office software products (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

·     Excellent ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner in English (both oral and written, Arabic knowledge being of strong advantage

·     Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position in 5/4 star hotel.

·     Drivers license.
