Fracturing Supervisor

Our client in Qatar requires a number of Fracturing Supervisors for long-term rotational work.

You will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating fracturing operations to ensure the safe and efficient extraction of hydrocarbons from reservoirs.

Responsibilities of the Fracturing Supervisor:
 

• Lead and supervise fracturing crews during well site operations.
• Take corrective actions to address any deviations from established procedures.
• Address client enquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Ensure proper equipment utilisation and allocation to maximise efficiency.
• Prepare regular progress reports and performance metrics for management and clients.

Requirements:
 

• Strong understanding of hydraulic fracturing techniques.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
