Assist to maintain a smooth operation and the highest office efficiency in the Food and Beverage Administration office at all times. And support and Assist the Director of Food and Beverage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Keep all administrative records for Director of Food and Beverage.
• Answer all business correspondence independently for Director of Food and Beverage in English.
• Organize appointments and diary for Director of Food and Beverage.
• Answer and screen all telephone calls for Director of Food and Beverage and take proper initiative.
• Open all incoming correspondence and take appropriate action.
• Attend biweekly Food and Beverage meeting, prepare minutes and distribute them within 48 hours.
• Keep all files in good order for the Food and Beverage Division.
• Re-organize the filing system regularly so as to facilitate easy retrieval of information.
• Successfully follow up on any projects or promotions as assigned by Director of Food and Beverage.
• Able to manage and organize smaller events in house and out house
• Make decisions with sound judgements related to own department when necessary.
• Promote good communications with other departments so as to ensure highest level of office productivity.
• Perform any additional duties requested by Director of Food and Beverage or Management.
• To maintain and comply with brand and LQA standards
• To continuously support direct supervisor assuring service complies with Brand and LQA standards
• To assure the knowledge of both brand and LQA standards
• Take ownership to represent the brand by applying brands standards at every occasion
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience: Minimum two years’ experience as a Admin position at a 5 star hotel.
• Education: High school diploma
• Technical Skills: Windows, Mac and other Hotel operating software’s
• Language: Required to speak, read and write English, with fluency in other languages preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to exert physical effort, endure various physical movements throughout
the work areas, reach up and down, remain stationary at times throughout work periods, and satisfactorily communicate with guests and co-workers to their understanding.
