Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Collaborate with chefs to design innovative and appealing menus that align with our concept and target audience.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and food costs to ensure menu profitability.
  • Oversee menu pricing strategies to balance value for guests and business goals.
  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant/bar/venue, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Supervise food and beverage staff (servers, bartenders, cooks) to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following all health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement systems for ordering, receiving, storing, and controlling food and beverage inventory.
  • Monitor food and beverage costs, identifying areas for waste reduction and cost optimization.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing for ingredients and supplies.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably within the [Restaurant Type/Hotel/Venue Type] industry.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage service principles, menu planning, and cost control practices.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of staff in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
