Role:

  1. Create Fleet Sales strategy, plan & execute based on recommended fleet channels per Business Plan.
  2. Report, Manage & Supervise Fleet Sales Strategy to achieve targets.
  3. Co-ordinate After Sales solutions as and when needed.
  4. Plan fleet events to support brand awareness.
  5. Responsible for generating high fleet sales per Business Plan.
  6. Identify right fleet segments; set plan for self and sales team for field visits and sales pipeline.
  7. Co-ordinate with Principles.
  8. Pro-active Lead Management to maintain and build healthy pipelines for all Brands.
  9. Introduce Customer operations and Service Managers to fleet customers.
  10. Performs other tasks as directed the Division Manager and/or per business needs.

Requirements:

  • 3- 5 years’ related experience in a managerial level in automotive field.
  • Good educational background.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic languages (read, write & speak).
  • Good Presentation Skills; usage of right tools for Business Development.
  • Age group below 40 years
  • Must have valid Kuwait driver’s license
  • Transferable visa #18 (No Golden/VIP/Project/Factory Visa); Kuwait based
