Providing and explaining all relevant financial information in a clear, concise, accurate & timely manner with analysis of financial data that allows for key decisions to be made in a well-informed way and puts focus on value and cost drivers within the business, as well as being responsible for integrity of the balance sheet within assigned Business Units.

Accountable that the actuals, forecasts and plans of assigned Business Units have revenues and costs accounted properly, are submitted in accordance with published timetables and control effective purchases to payment procedures.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall accounting in according with GAAP and Company Policies, financial reporting and financial process development.
  • Management of Abu Dhabi & Qatar Finance Team
  • Assist in the development of the strengths of staff within the Finance function to leverage individual and organisational contribution.
  • Direct the preparation of all related Statutory Accounts Packs.
  • Direct the preparation of the related annual Taxation Packs.
  • Proactive contribution to financial and other performance improvement initiatives.
  • Preparation and consolidation of Hyperion/FCCS reports.
  • Administration of FCCS and I-Flight ERP system.
  • Input monthly actuals and forecasts into Group systems.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial information and management reports as required by the Division and Group whilst fulfilling all financial reporting.
  • Prepare financial plans, budgets and forecasts for the respective Business Units and Group.
  • Support digital Transformation projects, in particular ongoing Onedata project, Adaptive insight and 4 Pillars financial automation.
