- Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly accounting reports including MIS.
- Compile and analyze financial information for effective decision making.
- Preparing cash flow, MIS, Doctors performance workings and other relevant reports.
- Present reports and interact with management and other stake holders.
- Ensuring that all aspects of financial accounting are carried out in a smooth and efficient manner.
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager, General Manager and Administrator. 3.8 Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
- Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels and ensure expenditure control.
- Recommend, develop, and maintain financial databases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
- Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company’s automated financial systems.
- Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits
- Develop the annual operating budget and consult with departmental management on the fiscal aspects
- Develop monthly, quarterly, half-yearly budget variance and other financial reports for review by Top management.Provide accounting policy orientation for new employees.
- Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein as and when assigned by the Accounts and Finance Manager.
- Comply with all OSH and infection control policies, standards and procedures and cooperate with hospital management to comply those requirements
- Work accordance with the documented OSH procedures and instructions, specific responsibilities
- Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures
- Notifying OSH Hazards, incidents, Near misses and issues and assistance with the preparation of risk assessments, incident reports
- Comply with Waste management procedures and policies
- Attend applicable OSH/Infection control training programs, mock drills and awareness programs
- Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Commerce required.
- Two years accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare institution with demonstrated administrative skills.
- Excellent command of oral and written English.
- Well versed with computer skills like Word and Excel and familiar with usage of accounting software
