You will execute Field Sales Activities in the assigned geographical territory or Channel (s) or Combination to deliver agreed objectives/targets

 

A day in the life of...

  • Constantly reviews the Foodservice industry to identify key areas of growth and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and develop relations with key clients and decision makers within the Foodservices industry.
  • Responsible for organizing your own schedule, completing deadlines and making effective use of internal information and databases.
  • Analyze the performance KPI’s throughout the year and reacts accordingly to achieve the year-end target.
  • Engage with the distributor sales team/ Key accounts to develop new business opportunities.
  • Coach, give regular feedback and recognize colleague’s efforts and results (direct and also BSP teams); with a special focus on product / solution detailing and hygiene standards.
  • Build and manage key customer relationship for sustainable business growth, executing customer plans. Implement effective spend strategy, optimizing face to face time with the customer while ensuring the steps of a call are executed.

 

 

What will make you successful

  • Must have 1 to 3 years of prior experience within the FMCG Industry or B2B sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen with adept analytical skills.
  • Hands-on experience in sales function.
  • Exceptional communication skills, encompassing credible influencing and persuasive techniques.
  • Cultivating successful relationships both internally and externally.
  • Proficient in negotiation strategies.
  • Requirement of possessing a valid Kuwait driving license.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is mandatory.
