Female Staff Housing Supervisor to oversee and manage our staff accommodation facilities. The role involves ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment for our female staff members. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with staff and management.



  • Manage day-to-day operations of the female staff housing facility, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Supervise housing staff, including cleaners and maintenance personnel, to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of the facility.
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out processes for female staff members, including inspections and documentation of accommodation conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of occupancy, maintenance requests, and inventory of housing supplies.
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to housing facilities promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular inspections of housing units and common areas to ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Implement and enforce security measures and emergency procedures to safeguard residents and property.
  • Collaborate with P&C and other departments to coordinate housing assignments and resolve staffing-related accommodation needs.
  • Monitor and manage budgetary expenses related to housing operations, including utilities, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Provide support and guidance to female staff members regarding housing policies, procedures, and resources.



  • Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or related field, with previous experience in staff housing supervision preferred.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for record-keeping and communication purposes.


Working Conditions:

  • Work primarily within the staff housing facility.
  • May require occasional evening or weekend work to address housing-related emergencies or operational needs.
  • Physical requirements include walking, standing, and occasionally lifting or moving light to moderate loads.
