Your Day to Day

The Food & Beverage Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and maximizing sales opportunities for our diverse dining outlets and event spaces. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for luxury hospitality and the ability to build strong client relationships. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and ensuring exceptional service standards.

You will also be responsible to:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for our food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and event spaces.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with the F&B team to create customized packages and promotions that cater to the needs of our clients and enhance their experience
  • Conduct site visits and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the unique offerings of our resort and creating tailored proposals
  • Manage and oversee the booking process for events, ensuring all client requirements are met and that events run smoothly
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally

 

What We Need From You

Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the luxury hospitality or food and beverage industry
  • Strong understanding of F&B sales strategies, market dynamics, and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
