Provide excellent customer service skills and maintain a professional attitude while handling all incoming calls, receiving clients, visitors and vendors. Also, assist with general office administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage order requests in JDE systems for supply chain operations.
- Coordinate events and handle conference room bookings.
- Support overall facility operations to ensure smooth functionality.
- Provide administrative assistance and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
- Oversee card access systems, including issuing access cards to employees and contractors.
- Prepare and submit reports related to the department.
- Offer leadership support by managing calendars and scheduling meetings for management and assist with confidential tasks.
- Collaborate with the supervisor on office requirements and liaise with facility service providers such as janitorial, coffee services, and printers.
- Perform receptionist duties.
Skills:
- Professional attitude with a strong customer service awareness and focus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Able to work and interact with all levels of personnel.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Proficient typing and word processing skills.
- General computer knowledge.
- The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
Qualifications:
- University Degree/Diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years related experience
- Prior receptionist and/or customer service-related experience is preferred
- Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial
