Provides high-level administrative support to top executives in SAFE. Perform various tasks that allow executives to focus on their core responsibilities and ensure the organization’s smooth operation.

Main Responsibilities:
 

  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle and prioritize incoming correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed.
  • Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, and partners
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • +5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or office manager, preferably supporting C-level executives

Required Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
