Performs special work projects, studies and administrative tasks as assigned. Develops proposals and recommends implementation of modifications and Research Centre improvement to maximize the operating efficiency of areas related to the section/department/etc.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

 

1. Assists in reviewing and preparing budget, reports, correspondence, etc., in accordance with the directives of the Supervisor or as assigned.

2. Reviews administrative reports and prepares recommendations.

3. Develops data and initiates proposals for modifications and improvements in the Research Centre to maximize divisional operating efficiency.

4. Develops plans, procedures and policies as needed, including leaves, performance reviews, purchase requisitions, etc.

5. Handles special projects and matters as directed.

6. Assumes line authority and responsibility a delegated.

 

Education

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration or other related discipline is required.

Experience Required

Seven (7) years of progressive administrative related experience in large hospital, healthcare institution, Business Corporate or related organization with Master’s Degree or nine (9) years of related experience with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
