– Provide high-level administrative support to the G.M such as research, reports and design of presentations. Compile data to assist the senior management in making informed decisions. Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as required.

– Assist the G.M in managing and coordinating special projects, initiatives, or events, working closely with other team members and departments.

– Draft, review and send communications on behalf of General Manager

– Scheduling and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to these meetings

– Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the General Manager

– Acting as the point of contact between the General Manager and colleagues and Department Heads, scheduling their visit & other appoints for the G.M.

– Prioritize emails and respond when necessary

– Coordinate travel arrangements

– Maintain various records and documents for the General Manager


Proof reading the incoming documents to ensure it has all relevant approvals & meets the requirements.
