Job Purpose:

We are seeking for an Events Executive specialize in selling, planning and organizing corporate events, conferences, and special occasions, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned to exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Being able to handle independently events of different segments (social, corporate and outside caterings)
  • Preparing proposals, contracts, BEOs, maintaining records, and generating reports related to events.
  • Handling any issues or challenges that arise before or during events, such as last-minute changes, technical difficulties, or guest complaints.
  • Sales and revenue generation by promoting event services, negotiating contracts, and maximizing revenues while meeting the needs of clients within budget constraints.
  • Ensuring that guests attending events at the hotel have a positive experience by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in Events Sales and Planning, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Arabic speaker, preferrably female
  • Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in event management software
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
