END-USER COMPUTING ANALYST

Performs basic technical tasks related to the end user applications, application virtualization and collaboration technologies. Provides end-users with enhanced collaboration tools and reduced client costs.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

1.Performs User Administration for the virtualized desktop service.

2.Manages all mobile devices including keeping an inventory of all phones and configurations, updating mobile device settings and performing audits and generating usage reports.

3.Provides on-going technical support for virtualized applications.

4.Manages the licenses of both the application virtualization software and the virtualized applications.

5.Performs host capacity and health monitoring.

6.Follows prescribed system safety and security procedures of computing environment.

7.Participates in self & others’ education, training and development, as applicable.

8.Follows all hospital related policies and procedures.

9.Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education

Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, facilities management or related discipline is required.

Experience Required

One (1) year of related experience with Master’s Degree, or three (3) years of related experience with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
