Duty Manager responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment for employees

 

 

KEY ACTIVITIES

“The most important tasks you need to perform in order to achieve your key outputs”

1- Being the 1st focal point of contact in front of customer / stakeholders during the events / incident.

2- Coordinating with all departments (Ops + Maint + IT + Sec) to “find the best solution and reply ” to keep the system operation.

3- Being the decision maker for all shift related challenges and issues in case of team conflict.

4- Attending all customer – Stakeholders meetings as VI presence. And to include “Based on his evaluation” any other Leaders.

5- Manage, delegate, and supervise all operation, maintenance and IT activities and ensure execution as per the standard.

6- Being responsible to assure the team commitment for the Service contract SLA + KPI , without deviation. (reporting , availability ….etc)

7- Responsible for the contractors / stakeholders “permit to work “and sign offs.

8- Responsible for the team and subcontract HSE compliancy during the shift.

9- Ensure smooth handover between the teams internally and within the duty managers as well

10- Prepare and review the incident report for the incidents during the shift in coordination with the concerned department. And to be shared with the operation manager for final review.

11- Report and coordinate with the “department – head” for any concerns or deviations (Manpower, attendance, resources …ect)
