MISSIONS:

  • Receiving, logging and distributing all technical documents on a day-to-day basis and assisting in the coordination and monitoring of administrative activities to facilitate and expedite the work flow
  • Maintaining an accurate filing system for all project related documents
  • Maintaining a schedule for the assigned project based upon client, project, department, and supplier requirements
  • Expediting the review, signature approval, and release of supplier and internally produced documents
  • Assisting and supporting in delivering the documents (drawings and specifications) to appropriate stakeholders
  • Ensuring all project documents and technical documents are logged efficiently.

 

 

PROFILE:

  • University degree in the related field.
  • Minimum (3) years’ experience in the required field of expertise.
  • Working knowledge of the Primavera Contract Manager Electronic Document Management System.
  • Proficient keyboard skills and a working knowledge of MS Windows and related word processing, spreadsheet and database software
  • Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills,
  • Knowledge of Aconex or other Electronic Document Management System
