PwC Middle East Infrastructure Finance team is a part of our global Infrastructure and Project Finance network of over 600 professionals. Our team is integrated across the Middle East and comprises bankers, accountants, engineers, economists, ex-developers all with a strong track record in the infrastructure and PPP space.

You can expect to work on projects across a number of sectors such as power and utilities, renewables, social infrastructure and transportation. The work could include advising clients on strategy and concept development, feasibility studies, business plans, due diligence of potential investments/partnerships/acquisitions, bid development advisory, procurement strategies, commercial structuring and project financing arrangement.
We are also looking to grow our Energy Transition team as part of the Infrastructure Finance practice. Within this team, you’ll work in a fast-paced and exciting team, advising private sector clients on M&A, co-development and strategic reviews across all key asset classes: energy (renewable, storage, transmission/distribution, hydrogen and energy transition), waste, water and carbon.
As a Senior Associate you will help our clients plan, finance, manage, and deliver large scale capital and infrastructure projects. As part of the team, you’ll work with our clients throughout the full lifecycle of an infrastructure project by combining our engineering, technology, sector, and financial expertise to help our clients make a difference for tomorrow. Responsibilities Includes:
Procurement and transaction advisory
Drafting procurement documents and schedules
Procurement documents review and precedent project benchmarking
Policy advisory focused on federal and provincial government clients
Business case preparation
Risk analysis and quantification
Financial analysis of project finance structures, instruments, and pricing
Financial and general excel modeling
Writing reports and memos
Preparing power-point presentations
Infrastructure sector and financial market research
Drafting research and industry papers
Proposal writing and business development
Requirements:
Completion of a University degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Law or a related discipline
MBA or a professional designation such as CFA or CPA is an asset
Solid financial and general excel modeling skills
3-5 years of industry experience (Natural Resources, Transportation, and/or Power & Utilities)
Excellent communication and writing skills in English (Arabic would be an advantage)
Excellent business writing skills and oral communication skill
