Softje Technology Solutions is seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering and updating accurate data into our databases and systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of information accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data into databases and systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify and correct data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
  • Review and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Generate reports and summaries as needed.
  • Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to maintain data integrity.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience with database management systems.
  • Knowledge of data entry best practices and standards.
  • Previous experience in a technology or IT company.
