Sales Manager – Data Center, will be based in Riyadh KSA and reporting to the Regional Data Center sales leader. The candidate will be responsible for the profitable sales growth and the business development activities of Eaton’s power management solutions for data center segment across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.    

  • Meet sales targets assigned for Data Center segment across KSA.
  • Build strong relationships with Data Center clients and customers.
  • Promote Data Center solutions to end clients, consultants and the contractors.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with Data Center designers and end customers by providing technical expertise in Data Center design and solutions.
  • Enhance Eaton’s brand image in the data center community by regularly conducting seminars and technical workshops to the target audience.
  • Collaborate and align with the internal stakeholders and business leaders to drive Data Center strategy across the region.
  • Make sure Eaton UPS and Data Center solutions are listed in the upcoming project vendor list.
  • Maintain and track a healthy pipeline of Data Center projects by effective use of CRM and other available business tools.
  • Build and manage capable Data Center partners across all regions.
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor activities in the region and align strategies accordingly.
  • Champion and role model Eaton’s Ethics & Values and commitment to Health & Safety.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Electronics or equivalent experience in the Data Center industry
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role in the GCC
     

Skills:

  • Knowledge of power management solutions in a Data Center especially UPS, racks, PDU’s and DCIM. Knowledge of MV and LV switchgear, busways etc is a plus.
  • Possess leadership attributes
