Data and Process Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:
– Analyze and assess existing and new data to identify areas for improvement and automation.
– Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline data-related processes.
– Utilize Power BI to create insightful and actionable visualizations and reports based on data analysis.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure seamless integration of automated solutions.
– Maintain and optimize data models, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to organizational standards.
– Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes, addressing issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
– Provide training and support to end-users on Power Automate and Power BI functionalities.
– Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics and process automation.
– Develop swim lane process for the department
– Review current work process for digitalization opportunities
– Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
– Develop implementation plan for line manager approval
– Execute plan

Qualifications

Education & Professional Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology or related field
– Proven experience in data analysis, process optimization, and automation.
– Expertise in Microsoft Power Automate for designing and implementing automated workflows.
– Proficiency in creating dynamic and visually appealing reports using Power BI.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team environment.
– Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
– Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
Professional Experience:
6-8 years experience in data analysis and power BI
Computer and Language Skills:
•Power BI (expert Level), Excel, DAX, SQL, Visio, Power apps and power automate
Market / Industry / Functional Knowledge:
– Analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Certification preferred: 
Certifications in Power Automate and Power BI are a plus.
