Job Description

To provide diligent, efficient and thorough after-sales support to our customers, to execute high efficient processes and provide high quality support, TLD is recruiting a Data Analyst, reporting to the company Solution and Product owner.

The Data Analyst will

– Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces – from operation to finance – which can be better understood with data

– Compile and analyze data related to business’ issues

– Develop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion

Required qualifications

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience

•1 – 2 years’ Data Analysis experience

•Proficient in SQL, PowerBI, Grafana, ERP user (Infor LN knowledge would be a plus)

•Problem-solving skills

•The ability to plan work and meet deadlines

•Written and verbal communication skills

•English read/write

Monthly gross salary : 3500 AED to 4000 AED (add allowance 2000 AED)
