Responsibilities:
- Design and implement technical solutions using the Enode API based on customer needs.
- Advise customers on product architecture and best practices for API usage.
- Provide ongoing technical support, including debugging and issue resolution.
- Proactively identify and implement fixes and improvements in the Enode codebase.
- Champion new products and features based on customer feedback.
- Drive internal projects to enhance the customer experience.
About You:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in customer engineering or user-oriented software engineering.
- Proficient in managing technical client relationships and diving into codebases.
- Experience in managing complex software projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts effectively.
- Agile and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic environment.
- Nice to have: Experience in a technical role at a third-party API company.
