Job Information

 

  • Monitor all project plans and project schedules for both teams and individuals.
  • Communicate openly between Divisions regarding Operations, document correspondence, and with the project team regarding project progress.
  • Process documents, check document completeness, communicate with third parties and make notes and reports.
  • Able to categorize, archive, update and actively verify documents.
  • Responsible for tracking specific project expenses and overseeing team resource management planning such as attendance, shifting schedules and work schedules.
  • Ensure project activities remain within budget and create financial reports regarding income and expenses related to the project.
  • Create weekly and monthly reports.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the professional administration profession or secretary or personal assistant director.
  • Active, communicative, thorough, meticulous.
  • Honest, responsible, disciplined, loyal and dedicated.
  • Mastering English has an added value.
