Coordinator, Security

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervise all emergencies, manage crises, protect assets, providing a timely and coherent response to incidents as they arise.
• Implement Emergency procedures/ coordination strategies.
• Comply with Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure security services provider is complying with them.
• Follow-up on emergency/crisis incidents providing a timely and coherent response to incidents as they arise.
• Monitor, operate, manage and respond to security calls of assistance.
• Ensure adequate security support during public events.
• Daily operations reporting.
• Develop a working relationship with personnel and comprehensive working knowledge of security systems.
• Filter/ scrutinizing gates pass applications.
• To work on shift rotation duty covering weekends and public holidays
• Be on call 24/7 for any emergency.
• Liaise with local authorities if and when required.
• Provide guidance and support for QD personnel and public as well.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Minimum requirement: Secondary school
• 5+ years of Experience in Security or Police/Military with supervisory experience.
• Previous Security, Military or Law Enforcement training.
• Solid understanding of Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Traffic control and management).
