Description

 

Key Roles & Responsibilities
•     Assist Manager and Sales Executive in their activities
•   Attend all the enquiries of Shipping Agencies related jobs of international
services effectively with immediate response
•   Attend Customers, enquiries, preparation of quotations as per customers’ requirements/Requests.
•   Arrange and execute hotel bookings, rent a car, ship stores, provisions etc.
for domestic and international projects
•   Coordinating with Stores for timely Deliveries, to ensure proper Documentation of Delivery Notes, Invoices and Receipts.
•   Following up with customers for payments in a given credit limit and period
•   Coordinating with Customers and Vessel’s Technical Assistants / Masters in delivery related issues.
•   Responsible for revenue build up, thus to achieve the targeted budget.
•   Responsible for reporting to direct Supervisor and Manager on any business related issues.
•   Follow Milaha specified systems, policies and procedures, compliance with legal and Risk Management in all activities. 
•   Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to be submitted to Superiors.
•   Effectively maintain and track all transaction data for smooth and error
free operation. Track and monitor order status to update customers
timely. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the system.
•   Timely invoice the sales.

• Strictly comply with Milaha’s operation and HSSEQ policies.

 

Qualifications

 

Education & Professional Qualification:
Diploma in relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
Professional Experience:
2 to 3 years experience in office and quotationing jobs.
Geographic Experience:
Qatar / GCC 
Computer Skills:
MS Office package and working in Oracle is preferred.
Language Skills:
English,  Hindi is preferred.
Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:
Proven experience in Lubricnats and Ship Chandelry sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Proficiency in English
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication
