Key Responsibilities

  • Keep all internally developed tracking mechanisms up to date and provide reminders to team members as appropriate;
  • Assist in developing formal contractual correspondence;
  • Participate as a team member during the proposal development process
  • Track meetings and deadlines required
  • Assist in reviewing and writing proposals, TAs, MOUs, and NDAs
  • Assist in negotiating proposal rates and terms
  • Maintain comprehensive subcontract/procurement electronic and hard copy files in accordance with companypolicies, procedures and Federal Regulations;
  • Assist in the development of process improvements for contract and subcontract management;
  • Assist with problem resolution and provide guidance to program management as required;
  • Assist with prime contract invoicing and tracking;
  • Conduct internal reviews against company policies and procedures;
  • Other special duties as assigned

Required Work Experience 

  • 3-5 years experience in US government contracting (federal/DoD)
  • Fast-paced multi-functional team environment

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline, or sufficient relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook
  • Understands contractual language, contract administration concepts, practices, and standards

Required Languages

  • Foreign language preferred but not required

Travel / Rotation Requirements

  • Occasional travel to Kuwait to meet with client.
