About Our Client: Our client is a premier construction company in the KSA, known for their meticulous contract management. They are seeking a dedicated Contracts Administrator to manage their contracts efficiently.

The Role: As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for administering and managing contracts, ensuring they are fair and legally sound.

What You’ll Do:

  • Administer and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Manage contract modifications and claims.
  • Resolve any contractual disputes promptly.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration within the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of KSA contract laws and regulations.
