Your role
As an Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, operating, and supporting the Enterprise Network infrastructure. Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively. You will be expected to work in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, design, deployment and participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives with the objective of providing high quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys.

Required
– Ensuring the network is always running optimally whilst monitoring networks for performance in line with agreed SLA.
– Ensure the network capacity is meeting the future and existing requirements.
– Maintain all security and software patching processes within the network environment.
– Support of all network appliances, Wi-Fi, routers, switches (Cisco Switches/WAN), Proxy servers Zscaler.
– Maintain the data network from physical port and connectivity, VLAN administration, layer-3 routing, performance maintenance and firewall (Checkpoint) administration.
– Providing recommendations on protocols and services by conducting research to further develop the infrastructure developments.
– Providing data reports such as performance statistics and development strategies/road maps for maintaining the network infrastructure.
– Preventing system failures by proactively monitoring the network and identifying the root cause with the aim of resolution.

• Demonstrated proficiency in a Networking based technology (LAN/WAN) and thorough understanding of the OSI model. CCNP skillset.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex network switching and routing issues. Experience configuring and independent troubleshooting of Cisco Meraki and Catalyst Switches and Routers.
